Shipping & Delivery

All Artworks will have a delivery cost according to location, size and weight of your art piece.

Plume Gallery works with a number of specialist art courier services. Once you have purchased and paid for your art piece, we will contact you within 72 hours providing you with the most cost effective delivery method and price.

When the delivery quote is accepted and paid by you, we will then organise a timely dispatch of your artwork.

Can I purchase my artwork rolled? (without frame)

Whether you make your purchase in one of our galleries or online, you are able to choose to receive your artwork rolled (unstretched), with complimentary worldwide shipping.


For our International customers - You may be required to pay customs, duty and any port charges in the country where the art piece is delivered.

Any such charges are the buyer's responsibility and the buyer should make their own enquiries in regards to these potential added costs.

How long until I receive my Artwork?

Plume Gallery understands the excitement surrounding the purchasing of your artwork and will work to deliver it as soon as possible.

Each delivery time differs depending on location, however generally please allow for a delivery time frame of 2-4 weeks if via post, we will be in contact with you.

For Metro Melbourne and Surf Coast locations please allow up to 7 days for delivery, we will be in contact with you.

International deliveries vary and we will update you with tracking and eta via our logistics partners. 

If you have a specific requirement regarding the final date of delivery, be sure to let us know and we will work as hard as possible to achieve this for you!

Does Plume Gallery ship internationally?

Yes! We regularly send artworks overseas, send us your address for a quote. All international taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Damage

No returns for change of mind.

All purchases are non-refundable.

Every art piece must be opened within 24 hours of receipt, in the case that there is any damage to the piece upon receiving it, Plume Gallery must be notified within that 24 hour period by email or phone and pictures of the damage must be attached.

Plume Gallery cannot take responsibility for damage incurred or noted after this period.
